6/30/2020: Receiving this error message all day long. Unable to access Comcast email or account. I did briefly get service at one point and checked service outages. There are none. ERROR states: "this might happen because: 1. we r experiencing abnl traffic to our network or 2. the service or servors on it are not currently available. Anyone else having this problem?
Whale: sorry for delay. The 500 Internal Error code just stopped on its own at the end of the day. I did nothing and it just went away. Probably half a day I was without email service.
