Don’t get emails

Don’t get emails

When I send a reset password to my email I never get it. This has happen with Xbox and Disneyplus and others.
No it’s not in spam and I send it like 20 times. And I have no settings or blocks on.
I see others have the same problem

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for the sender's domain---------------------

After review, it appears you have some email filters setup. Looking at the filters, they appear to have general wording that could be affecting multiple inbound traffic from multiple senders.

 

Were these email filters intentionally created? If so, removing it could help with getting your messages back.
