Device unpaused in app but internet still paused

Device unpaused in app but internet still paused

Hello,
I checked that my laptop is unpaused in the xfinity app; however, when I try to browse using Google Chrome, I get a message that says my device is paused. This only occurs on certain websites, Amazon being one. Any help is appreciated.

Try clearing cache and history in Chrome, then close it out and restart it in a fresh session.  Also, does the same thing happen if you use a different browser?
