Why do I no longer have the option of highlighting the emails I want to delete versus now I only have the option of deleting ALL messages or one by one which is time consuming.

Comcast said over a month ago that a fix is in the works. See and the employee reply to it.


Until they fix it, the best workaround I know of is to:

  • Click the Select box for the first message in the delete range, then
  • Shift-click the last message in the delete range, then
  • Click to clear the Select box for any messages in the range you don't want to delete, then
  • Click the Trash icon.
