Customer support
Customer support is totally useless. I need to TALK TO A REAL PERSON! Email today is impossibly slow. My wife cannot even receive emails on her iphone. She gets a "imap.comcast.net is not responding" message. I cannot even open emails on my new desk top. Comcast does not porvide phone numbers for tech support.

Please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email. You can call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/.

I have had multiple troubles with Comcs since December and dbefore the covid nonsense, I was finally shunted tho the Phillipines where they couldn't be understood and knww less thqan noting; I finally stopped keeping a record at 40 hours on the phone with 31 people. Now they just take your money and flip you off. It's impossible and a monoply.

The lack of being able to speak with a live agent is so unacceptable. A customer based company should have live support even after hours, but you can never get by the automated service unless you have a billing issue. This is the worst cable company for support, Cox cable at least lets you speak with a live person. If I could get their service in my area, believe me, I as well as others would be standing in line to change over. My contract is up next year and I will probably go away from cable and internet with Xfinity. Lots of options out there...I will not be renewing my contract with Comcast/Xfinity.
