Connection timed out, reload page. What's this all about and how do I fix this? It's really annoying when I'm in a hurry to open my email.

"Composing" an email all of a sudden has these glitches: won't let me enter a subject until after I hit send, won't let me delete an addressee. Something new every day. It's just an email, folks!

I have the same problem on my Chromebook.  Have you found a solution?

Thanks for using the Xfinity Forum to report the issues you're having when attempting to send an email, @kv369, and @hammelman. We apologize for the experience and understand how much of an inconvenience this can be.

What type of device are you using?

Are you using the Xfinity Connect App or Portal, or are you using a third-party email client like Outlook or MacMail?
