Comcast not allowing access to websites



We are having issues with accessing websites based on the comcast network. We have done tracing and testing and we have changed the DNS setting to and it works fine. If we use Comcast, it pings back no IP which then shows domain not accessible on Comcast Network.


dig should return an IP but doesn't

but dig @ does return the correct IP

We have troubleshooted all day, and it's a Comcast issue for sure. We have 3 IT engineers on this, and we are running out of options here.

can you provide more details? I have tested and accessed both websites from a residential Comcast network with no issues.
