Comcast not acting on changed mx record
An organization that I belong to has changed its email hosting service from FutureQuest to ZOHO. The IT administrator tells me that he made the necessary change in the mx record (whatever that is). But whenever I send email to that domain, I get a perminent error message from Comcast. It appears to me that Comcast is trying to send to FutureQuest rather than ZOHO. What can I do to get Comcast to recognize the change?
I'd rather not post the name of the domain or any specific email address in that domain on this public forum, but I'd be happy to provide it to someone who can help, probably a Comcast employee.
