Comcast emails

I have a MacBook Pro and haven't been able to receive or even open my emails since approx.  Thursday, after they did an "upgrade".  Spent several hours with tech support and still no emails.  I can receive my s/o others emails on my computer, but not mine.  Makes no sense.  Anyone else having this problem?.
