I get a pop-up message on my email page from server imap.comcast.net asking for my password. It will not accept my password nor let me use my email. My wife has the same problem which occured simultaneously w mine. How to I solve this problem?
Are you able to use the email if you only use the webmail interface and a browser? How are you accessing the email----with a desktop client or a mobile app maybe? Exactly what does the error message say?
