Why does it take so long for my emails to load, open, send, and receive in my Comcast account? My emails are loaded instantaneously in my Google account and I have no other problems with internet speed. This has gone on for months now even though I have a brand new computer with lots of RAM and a fast processor.
We have the same problem. Everything else loads instantly, but Comcast email takes forever. We've tried everything. If you check other forums this is a common problem, yet i've never seen an answer from Comcast. I usually go do something else while our email is loading. But tonight i've come up with another idea - just always leave email on - don't close it. Hopefully that's a safe thing to do. Think I'll try it.
