I am suddenly not receiving any email updates in my comcast account. I've used the account every day even though I'm no longer a comcast customer. The last emails were received yesterday. Is there anything I can do to keep receiving emails, as I have sent test emails and they are not being received.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser. Also, sign out of the account and back in again.

If you're no longer a Comcast customer that might be the reason.

If you're no longer a Comcast customer that might be the reason.
If the OP has kept the account signed-in periodically, it should still be active and accessible. Comcast adopted the policy of letting former customers retain the email account about 2 1/2 or 3 years ago. For more information see here---------------
