Comcast email notifications suddenly not coming through from website form

I have been receiving requests for quote from my website for the past year that go to my comcast email. They have suddenly stopped working and are not coming through. They are not in spam. I would like to know how this can be fixed. I am assuming that comcast has flagged the website server or something.

I have the same problem. My last email was recieved at 8:49 PM yesterday on my Outlook 2016 email program on a Windows 10 computer. It and my phone are asking me to re-enter the password, but that doesn't help. It then says there is a configuration error. on the xfinity site, it will not let me even set up an email using my comcast.net email. It only showed my originally Comcast provided email address from when I joined 20 years ago. With add new email, it is not working.
