Comcast Email not received since May 27

I need to know how to fix the problem that my email is not coming in since May 27.

Under Setting, I did not see edit button nor spam Filter so why is my email account restricted.

I need to know how to fix this. I am paying for this email service. If I don't get help, I just as well

cancel Comcast.  Thank you.

Check your settings in webmail to see if there is a forwarding address that has been added.  Also, if you set up your phone with a new email client it may be fetching your email and then deleting it off the server.
