Cant access a spaicific Website

Hello,

I have had an ongoing issue with a spicific site I use for work (Oregonliquorsearch.com).  I have not been able to access it and when I try to load it the screen stays hung.  If I try from a diffrent wifi connection it will load, but if I am connected to my home wifi it will not load on any of my devices.
