I can log into my xfinity account, see billing, etc., but when hit the email icon, I get a message saying that "Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server".
This occurs on MacBookPro and iMac both using running OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6. I can access email on iPad Pro.
Any help is appreciated.
My emails stopped loading on my Mail (MacPro) and now my incoming email won't display even on Xfinity. My email account was hacked on Sept 29, causing me to change my password and now nothing is loading. . I was supposed to get a call from technical support, but have been waiting 5 days so far. Help???
