I am using Outlook 365 home for my email. Over the past couple of weeks I have been having trouble sending emails from 2 comcast.net email accounts. This is the message I get when sending:
Thinngs I have tried:
1. logging into comcast.net email and successfully sending mail.
2. Deleting the email account in Outlook and recreating. (recreating fails)
3. Creating a new profile in Outlook and adding email accounts to it. (no change)
Any ideas?
Turns out the problem was the PIA VPN I use. When I turned t off, email worked OK. Kind of a pain, but it works
