Can't send an email to another email system

I can't send an email to another email system. I can compose an email, and click Send. The email will end up in my Sent folder.

 

But if the email was sent to my hotmail account, it never shows up. And it does not end up in the Junk/Spam folders either.

 

If I send the email to another comcast account, it does show up in the Inbox, after several minutes.

Anyone else seeing this?

Have you tried sending to some other non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo, Gmail, Mail.com or some other email provider?  If so did it work OK?

glocamp, I have this exact same issue. I have now been elevated to the fourth escalation level at the Comcast Help Desk. Did you ever get a solution to this problem? If so, what was it?  Thanks much!
