I have a Samsung S8 tablet with a Chrome (OX) prompt to get my xfinity Comcast emails. It will not connect at all, just showing a wavy blinking line. I can see my emails on my gmail account. But all my saved folders are on the other one. I can even see my folders on the gmail account for my Comcast address, but I cannot add to them, so that's useless. How can I get the OX prompt to connect again to my Xfinity comcast address? Very frustrating.

I am going to remove the other post you made on this issue, leaving this one because this one has more detail. Please do not post more than one time on an issue, and if you need to add detail to a post click on the three dots on the right side of the post and choose Edit.
Have you tried using the Xfinity Connect app?
Thank you for deleting the first request. I couldn't do that, for some reason. I do not have the Xfinity connect app. Should I download it and try again?

I would give it a try.
I just did. It works. It's a little different but I can access all my folders and add to them, if necessary. Thank you very much. I still don't know what's wrong with my usual way to access my emails and I'd like to get that working again. We lost our internet this morning, but everything came back on except for this one thing.
It's now working! Once I installed the app, that worked as well as the original way to reach my emails. Weird. But, thank you!
