Can't access some "bookmarked" websites since installing xfinity

Just had xFinity installed yesterday.

Now I can't access websites that I visit nearly every day.

I never set up restrictions and Parental Controls are off. Any solutions??

@dt3354 can you please laborate? what kind of message are you receiving when trying to get to the websites? have you done a traceroute? have you checked if the website is up?

What device(s) have you tried?  What browser(s) have you tried?  Have you tried typing in the addresses manually instead of using a saved 'bookmark'?  Is it ALL sites saved or only some?

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy, and there is currently  no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
