@BeGoodDoGood the user you are tagging is not an active account anymore. Please PM me the details of your domain so i can investigate.
@BeGoodDoGood can you also provide the emails you are seeing the failed delivery to? im seeing a significant amount of successful deliveries to comcast.net addresses. Please PM me the emails you are seeing issues sending to.
@ComcastCSAEmail I am having this problem too. I don't see a way to PM anyone when I click on their name, so if you need me to PM you you'll have to tell me how.
I am trying to send emails from email@example.com to my comcast.net account and they aren't showing up. They are not in spam or junk. I have Outlook set to send my delivery receipts and I don't even get those after sending. I have a feeling all the emails I sent will show up all at once, like they are bottle-necking somewhere and just haven't made it through yet.
If I can't get these emails, then that means my customers that also use comcast.net can't get them either. And that's a problem!
In the last 2 days, one subject from firstname.lastname@example.org to my comcast.net account was "Rally Stripes", one was "Car Stripe", one was "Edit & post this", and one was "Doggy".
I'm not sure of the last time I could actually send to comast.net. But on Jan 23, 2020 I sent a Block Removal Request to postmaster.comcast.net. I never heard back and now I can't remember if it got fixed and so it's messed up again, or if this is still not working from then.
Can you help with this?
@deckster the Comcast.net server has not seen communications from your domain in the last 30 days. The issue is not on the Comcast side since we never got a notice of delivery from your server. Its possible depending on the service you are using that they are being blocked before even leaving the server.
