Blocked emails

I have been trying to reset my password from Target and ibotta.  I never get the emails.  I recently turned off my spam folder option to see if that helped and it does not.  

 

Please let me know if these domains are being blocked on my account.  In addition, is there a place I can if a domain is being blocked?

@Betheeem It does not appear you have your PM features enabled. After review of your traffic, we do not see anything coming from target into spam. Do you recall the last time you requested a password reset from them? 

 

In order to enable PMs you can go to profile settings, there is an option to turn on private messenger.  Click on your icon in the upper right next to the notifications icon and select my settings, then preferences, the private Messenger. Make sure the feature is checked to enable PMS.
