Blast Service, but xfinity wants me to buy a WiFi pass! Help!
I recently moved and this apartment actually isn’t wired for cable. Not a huge deal because I should still have free internet access through the xfinity hotspots, however, I cannot sign access it. When I do, it asks me to purchase a pass. I’ve had a tech visit and I’ve had TWO conversations with THREE DIFFERENT AGENTS! The last one told me that I’m not signing in correctly, even though I have devices that have been on my list of 20 for over 2 YEARS! Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
