Being kicked out of email while still using

I have started to be kicked out of email and back to the login screen while still using mail or other screens. This has just started in the last few weeks.

I have NOT changed anything on PC or Firefox, and do NOT see any timeout options.

I see others have also posted the same problem.

Please respond with a solution soon.
