I am no longer receiving emails from my alarm/camera system (from firstname.lastname@example.org). This started in December of 2016!! YES, over 3 years ago!!!! Worked fine for 4 months, received the alters. For the last 3 years, nothing. They don't show up in my Spam folder either and email@example.com is in my address book. I called numerous times when it orignailly happened and was told they would fix it but they never have! I don't have time to spend on the phone for hours so I gave up and added my work address to the Arlo app instead. Ever since Dec 2016 I have only received email alerts from Arlo to my work address which is really annoying and not appropriate for work...it's my personal camera, not work related. Comcast needs to fix this. I have seen others posts with the same issue with no response or resolution. Arlo is one of the most popular home security cameras and Comcast doesn't deam it as trustworthy? Ridiculous! There is no Whitelist feature in Comcast email and Comcast Customer Security Assurance is a joke and has done nothing to help. What else do i need to do to ge this corrected? @ComcastAntiSpam can't you correct this? Can you please whitelist or unblock the arlo domain???
@Tigger1012 I've reviewed the domain and am not seeing any blocks on our end. I can confirm hundreds of confirmed successful deliveries to our servers so far today without any block/filtration. Have you tried having the emails sent to your comcast email recently or is this in reference only to the time it was an issue in 2016?
Thank you for your reply. It has always been set-up with my comcast email address, I never removed it. I had to add my employer email address in addition to my comcast email in order to receive the emails. I receive alerts no problem at work but have not received an email from my comcast email account since Dec 8 2016 at 3:51:26 AM PST. The Arlo app will allow you to set-up multiple emails and I have both email accounts listed. Something happened in Dec 2016 because I was receiving the alerts prior to that.
