Annoying Pop-Up on xFinity Home Page

Does anyone know how to turn off the annoying pop-up that displays when you navigate to the xFinity page 'https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust'? It also display any time you refresh the page.

It’s the display with title 'Quick and easy help anywhere, anytime'.

Does anyone know how to contact xFinity other than a forum or 'Ask xFinity Chat' so I can address this issue to them. Again, the pop-up is very, very annoying.
