Hello,
I tried sending an email to a friend with a Gmail account. My email wasn't received. As a test, I tried sending the same email to my own, secondary, Gmail account. The message wasn't received in by my Gmail account either. My friend and I checked our Gmail spam filters and other folders. My email is no where to be found. I'm wondering if part of the issue is that the message contained a link to my Google Drive. I tried sending a second email from my Comcast account to both Gmail accounts, without the link and that email went through. I saw on another forum message that there could possibly be a filter on outgoing messages. Is it possible that you could check this or can anyone offer any other suggestions?
Since May I have been having trouble with my business email comcast account not being able to send gmail client holders emails or emails with attachments. And it shows sent in Outlook so I have no way of knowing who got them and who didn't. It is entirely frustrating and unprofessional. I can't even forward the client email to another email account...never shows up but shows sent in sent items. I have called Comcast to no avail. It appears to be random as well. Please advise. I ahve removed all filtering.
If you have a business class account, they have their own forums. This one is for residential accounts----------------------------

My account is a personal account. Still hoping someone with some insight would reply...
