I am not receiving Amazon emails after our Amazon account was hacked. I receive all other emails. Have checked (at length) with Amazon and the problem lies with my email account. Have spent too much time on hold with Comcast and/or with first tier Comcast agents that were no help. Hoping this finds someone that can solve the problem as was done for other Comcast users experiencing the same issue.
Hello Kf7. Thank you for creating a post on our Forum. Apologies you have not been getting the communications you need. I can assist with troubleshooting your email issue. Have you been able to verify Amazon is delivering email messages to your Comcast email address? If so, have you checked to see if these messages may be to going into your spam folder?
