First, did you check your Spam folder to see if the emails are going there? Can you clarify--------what help do you need with filters, and what makes you think you have been hacked? You need to provide more detailed information about what's going on.
I have checked spam and put in call to support. They say all is set up ok and i am still not getting any amazon e mails. I can not reset my amazon password without being able to get the amamzon e mail. I have called amazon and they are saying the e mails are defianately going through. They are not in my spam. still is not fixed.
