Am not receiving certain incoming emails

Am not receiving certain incoming emails.  I have contacted and sent messages and have a ticket number, but no on at comcast seems to be able to help. I have sent a copy of the information from the people who are sending the emails, which shows that Comcast is blocking.  A person left a message twice and left a call back number, but when I called that number, they could/would not help.  How do we get problems like this fixed if we have to go through the same explanation several times, then they still can't help.

If there are links in the information the senders are getting they need to follow those links in order to get their email address unblocked.

looks like someone tried to call you and advise you that our server can see the emails you are referencing being delivered by our servers. Please check your spam folder and/or any filters/rules you may be using.

I went over checking the spam folder ( with a person from Comcast), nothing came through.  I am only have a problem with noreply@stcu.org all the other items come through. I have tried on both may primary and secondary emails on Comcast, but does not come through.  I can receive it on my gmail.  I have had the bank check and they send me  what they were receiving when they tried to sent me information from that bank,  I sent that information it to Comcast. Tried to return the call to the person at Comcast (he left number to call), but no one could/would help even though I have the ticket number.  If is funny that I can receive it through gmail, but not through Comcast, any other suggestions? Thanks

I have an email from stcu.org (I keep my emails from stcu)  but I am not receiving any from noreply@stcu.org , as I have stated before I receive other emails from stcu.org but not from noreply@stcu.org . They are not coming through and  they do not end up in my spam folder.  As a matter of fact, I have turn off my spam folder because most of the mail going into the spam folder was not spam.  I also had the bank to send me an email directly, I did receive that. Have you seen the email from the bank that I sent to Comcast? Is there a way you can mark allow noreply@stcu.org emails to get through to me?  Thanks

I'm having a similar problem with Fark comment notifications.  I wonder if our problems are related.  I stopped getting email from no-reply@fark.com on June 1st.

And I notice at least two other people also have this problem, one of them with library notifications.  I'm getting the feeling something about no reply email addresses is borked.

Additionally I have no filters set up in Thunderbird, so they're not going into a spam folder because I don't have one.

I just checked the email safe list not knowing if that will stop a;; other emails or not
