Allow an address to clear from spam

I saw someone who noted they had a friendly address that was now going into the spam folder, and I have the same issue with all our church emails from mailer@tpsdb.com. A Comcast employee said they could clear the block  on the other person's address. May  I request the same?

Call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue for that sending domain---------------
