After Being Hacked, Have not received any emails

My Comcast email was hacked last week and now I don't see any incoming emails.  I see several posts online regarding this issue, but not a solution.  I did check my settings under "Mail" and removed the hacker's email from the forward email section.  I also looked at my husband's account and made sure all settings were the same as his.  No luck.  I have called Comcast Customer Support and the Comcast Security Assurance team with no response.
