I added my husband as a user on my account with his own email. I followed the online instructions. He accepted the invite and his email address is primary. It says a Comcast email account has not been setup for this user yet right under where I added him as a user. Does anyone have a fix? I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service and no fix was provided.
Does the email account function as it should? Have you tried testing it?

Yes. I finally got a hold of some one at Xfinity and they fixed the problem on their end. I’m not sure what the fix was because they just sent an email saying it was repaired. I had done everything I needed to do on my end and it was still not working.
I guess it’s not fixed. I’ve tested my email sending messages and I can receive them with my address but not with the secondary user I set up. Can’t send or receive with that one. Have tested with CSR too and no luck either. They referred my question up to technical but no call back from them.
