10+ years of email - all gone
@ComcastCSAEmail. Hi can you help me get my account restored? I have been on with customer service for over 2 hours and zero help so far. I only have the last week's emails - all other history is gone. Can you help? Thank you!

Checking the server logs, there is a device accessing your emails and using POP3 protocol. This means that its likely deleting the emails from the server when its being retrieved. Please check all of your devices for the missing emails and double-check how they are configured as they are causing your issue of emails being deleted.
