camera - home security

my camera is not working, because the charger died. I have been trying to get a replacement camera

but camera Xfinity sent me is an upgrade one, which does not  work with the original camera's installed when I purchased the XFINITY Security. I cant see the video from the camerca at my front door.  I have called and called and no one on the phone resolves this for me.   I pay alot for this service I just need a replacement camera.
