camera broken

Tech decided my camera is not working.  said he would send one free of charge. When will I get?

Mine was dropped off with no notice.  Give it a few days.

Generally speaking, from my experience Xfinity stuff is shipped through UPS. You should see a notifiication either in the My Account app or the Xfinity Home App, alongside an email stating that your self install kit or order is on the way. You should be able to track the order via the email you recieve or via the app if theres a button that says track my order, or something along the lines of that. I am no longer an xfinity customer, and only had to have something shipped to me minus self install kits for tv/internet a total of three times. Hope this helps you.
