Cameras work fine on the touch screen pad and on the internet Xfinity Home. But when I try to access the cameras on the Xfinity App on my cell phone, it says that the preview is unavailable. Tried rebooting the cameras, re-installing them to the system, un-installing the app on my phone... nothing seems to work. Anyone have any suggestions?
