Xcam1 upgraded

So if Xfinity isn't supporting the X cam that I purchased my home security system any longer, are they going to upgrade and replace my camera with the model replacing it? And a credit for a month by it hasn't worked for weekss, I've spent hours on my iPad  "chatting" with an xfinity customer service since no one can answer a phone .
