Home security/ touchscreen AFTER PG&E outage

For those of us who lost power fore more than 48 hours in California (due to PG&E issues), obviously  the touchscreen runs out of the backup battery in a few hours. Once the power is restored and the touchscreen turns back on, will the touchscreen remeber the connections/communication with all the sensors? or do we need to re-program all the sensors? thanks!

Once Power is restored, everything will automatically connect back up.
