Camera and Security Hardware, Can they be used with other Security Systems?

xFinity Security System Hardware (i.e. Cameras, Camera Control Touch Screen, Security Code Wall Control, All Sensors), can these be taken offline of xfinity/cpmcast and used with other Security Systems? If so, what systems are they compatible with?
