In January I switched to xfinity from att to get faster speed. I got an upgraded account the promised me free pods after a 14 day assessment period. After 6 months I received a text message and an email saying that I was now qualified to get the pods. The txt and email included a link to place my order for the free pods. But the link doesn’t work. I get an error saying that I need to speak with a rep via chat or the 800 number. I did both. No one at Xfinity seems to recognize the emails and offer for the pods. They say the only way to get them is through the link that doesn’t work. This is complete false advertising and reminds me of Comcast’s poor customer service from years ago when I left Comcast for att. Some things don’t change.
