I initiated an exchange for my 3 xfi pods on Aug 16 due to overheating and not working properly. I was emailed a UPS return label and I returned it on Aug 17. The package was received by you and acknowledged via email on Aug 19. I have not heard from you nor have I received my replacement xfi pods. I keep getting the run around over the phone and no help.
Did you ever receive any satisfaction? I am in the same situation. Pods stopped working - Initiated exchange 9/14, shipped back and accepted 9/16. I can get no answers from chat or phone assistance. They have "created a ticket" with the XFi pod department which seems virtually useless as it has had no status change in a week and a half.
