xfi order clarification

xfi order clarification

I signed up for xfi late last mnth and received an initial email regarding the order and a wireless heatmap\survey of my location. Since thn I haven't received much in the way of updates on the process; I have one email from this week stating that my wifi coverage is fine and then today I see an additional $9.77 was taken out of my bank account by Comcast and put against my (zero) balance.


The order confirmation from the 22nd also states that my current equipment is being cancelled, but I haven't had any confirmation that I'm getting the xfi modem\ax router combo. So, I guess my questions are basically


1. What are next steps

2. What is the mystery charge for

3. When can I expect next steps to begin

4. Will there be gaps in coverage caused by all of this.
