xFi complete and free xFi PODS issue

Signed up for xFi complete. Received evaluation email sying that I was eligible for a free xFi POD. Clicked link and it said I had to pay. Chat rep told me to go to retail store. Went to store and rep told me they had no PODs and haven't had them for a year. Said I'll never see that "free" POD.

Any way to speak to a real person who can help me with this issue


PS My wifi is terrible. My devices and constantly disconnecting as I signals strength in the -90db range

Hi, @SueS3, I apologize for the unexpected trouble redeeming the xFi Pods and the Wi-Fi trouble. Let me see if there are any steps we can take to fulfill that order. Just send a private message with your name and service address when you have a chance. If you have never sent us a PM this link can come in handy.
