xFi Pod billing question

Hello all. Thank you to anyone who knows about this. When switching to Xfi complete, I was offered and ordered a complimentary Xfi Pod. Right before submission of the order, a message came up that I don't quite remember what it said something like I would be charged 120.00 if the complimentary pod was returned within 90 days of activation? I don't plan to return this but if anyone knows if I will be charged if I discontinue xfi complete(unlimited data) and go back to the regular 1.2 tb monthly data plan.
