I do rudementary computer work from home using my home internet connection.
My internet was acting very badly this morning.
I called Xfinity for help and your "computer voice" did a "re-power" or what ever and it is working now.
WHAT I NEED NOW IS SOME SORT OF LETTER OR E-MAIL THAT I CAN SHOW OR SEND TO MY BOSS THAT CAN PROVE I WAS NOT JUST GOOFING OFF DURING THE CONNECTION DOWN TIME.
Is this at all POSSIBLE? You send e-mails to verify payments that were made don't you...this amounts to the same thing
