sent broken TV Box back - have received no replacement TV Box -

after talking with a tech about a month ago, we were told to return our faulty TV Box for a replacement - you received our Box on July 14, and have heard no word on receiving a new Box. - Benjamin Account -

please send a new Box, and remote and cables, as we sent all back. also, we'd like our account credited from the date we mailed the broken Box - July 10 Thank you, Ben
