I have filled out the online forms to return xfi pods three (3) times and have never received the promised email with return instructions -- without which one cannot make a return (no access to customer service agents via voice, email or the xfinity 'bot').
It appears that Xfinity's strategy is to delay until the 30 day window for a full refund has expired.
Does anyone know of any way to get around this dead end?
I am going through the same nightmare. I'm going to try UPS. The xfinity store would not take them. The brainless person I spoke to sent me back to the online form, which I explained to her did not send me any return instructions.
