"Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected"

I recently switched to Xfinity and I am now recieving this message. The internet has been disconnected from my house and I am unable to re-activate. When trying to navigate my account I see a message saying "This feature is unavailable. Your Xfinity services are disconnected." We need Internet reactivated ASAP. This happened without any warning or email explanation.
