"Change Plans)

Why does change plans only offer bigger plans when I'm trying to downsize now that my package has expired.  I can't afford the increase.  I'm was thinking of cutting out cable and phone, but they offer nothing less than what I have now and when I click off phone and tv it just says it has no offfers in my area

My bill increased due to a promotion expiring and I needed to reduce it.  The online generated offer(s) available did not provide any reduction but when I called in to Customer Service, they asked questions determining my needs and had plans available that did reduce my bill as I wanted.
